That's what a hub is: a point where things meet, instead of lying scattered.
Nobody moves to Monaco with a single problem. There's a home to find, residency to obtain, a bank asking questions, perhaps a company to open, children to enrol in school, and a whole life to rebuild inside two square kilometres where everything runs on relationships. Usually that means five advisers who never speak to each other, each with their own fee and their own version of the timeline. Not here: tell me where you want to get to, and I hold the pieces together.
It's the reason people call me first, and it stays at the centre of everything. The best homes in the Principality never reach the portals: they live in a network of relationships and are shown by introduction only. I work on your side — a search built around you, access to the off-market, the negotiation, and every real number before you sign: registration duty, notary, agency, and how it all changes if you buy as an individual, through a company, or new-build. If you're selling instead: in Monaco capital gains aren't taxed, so the real cost is the commission — and every month of waiting.
Incorporation and management in the Principality, with local accountants and fiduciaries I know and work with. I won't hand you a list of names: I take you to the table with the person your case actually needs, stay in the conversation, and make sure the pieces line up — structure, bank, residency and home are one single game, and getting the order wrong costs months.
Boats and tenders for an afternoon or a week in the Mediterranean. Cars, with or without a driver. Hotels and residences even when they look fully booked. It's the part that sounds frivolous and isn't: it's what makes you say that living in Monaco works — and it only opens with the right person.
The Formula 1 Grand Prix, the Monaco Yacht Show, the Monte-Carlo Television Festival, the galas and the evenings that have no box office. In Monaco the events that matter aren't bought: you get in because someone brings you. For the Grand Prix and the Yacht Show you plan months ahead — calling in May is asking for something that no longer exists.
This is a chapter of its own, for an audience quite different from those relocating. Real estate operations, properly: non-performing loans, splitting units, change of use, conversions — with the business plan and the numbers that can carry a decision, not a brochure. It's the trade I've been in since 2015, first alone and with my own money, then with a team. It isn't a public showcase: you come in after a conversation.
Write to me saying what kind of operations you look at, and at what size. I answer personally.

Monaco is the centre, and everything starts there. Dubai is where I built the group and where the team still works. Milan, Lugano and Albania arrive to the same standard, once the local network is ready — not before. The map shows what exists today: Miami and New York, which have a date and nothing else, are in the list below.
The Hub starts in Monaco because this is where I live and work. But the way of working — one person holding home, structure and daily life together — isn't particular to the Principality. Milan and Lugano come next, and they open to the same standard, not with a new sign on the door.
Tell me where you want to get to, and in what time. I'll tell you what it actually takes, in what order, and what it costs — before you move a single euro.
I read every message personally. I reply within 48 hours.
