Albania is where building actually happens right now, not where people talk about building.
The coast, Tirana, tourism growing fast, and construction costs still far from Western Europe's: it's the market where an operation can still carry the margin that closed elsewhere ten years ago. It's also a market where title, permits and the local partner decide everything — and where anyone arriving without someone trustworthy on the ground loses money at a speed Italy doesn't know. So I go in with the network first and the announcement after.
In preparation. Same rule as always: the local people first, the opening after.
Tell me what kind of operation you're looking at. I'll let you know when we open.
