The Hub's third city. In preparation.

Lugano is the Swiss door, and it runs on its own clock.

Residency, structure, banking: Ticino's rules look nothing like the Principality's, and anyone treating Switzerland as «Monaco in the mountains» gets the first step wrong and finds out six months later. That's why Lugano takes its time: when the right network is in place on the ground, not before.
