Monaco and Milan talk to each other more than you'd think.
Most of the people looking at the Principality come from there: entrepreneurs, families and professionals who keep one foot in Italy — and they keep it in Milan. Opening here closes the circle: the same person on both sides of the border, with the same idea of the work. One point of contact holding home, structure and daily life together, instead of handing you to five advisers who never speak.
In preparation. I don't open a city until I can work there to the same standard as Monaco: the right people on the ground come before the sign on the door.
Tell me what you'd need in Milan: it helps me decide where to start, and I'll let you know when we open.
